Piston-Type Metering Pump

Marko/5 series piston-type metering pump develops a maximum delivery rate of 6000 I/h at 6 bar backpressure or 38 I/h at 320 bar backpressure. The capacity range of this series is finely incremented to suit specific applications.

In the double liquid end version, the maximum delivery capacity increases to 12,000 I/h while maximum metering rates of 40,000 I/h can be achieved in the multiple-station configuration. The high delivery capacity flow is achieved with a piston diameter of 17- 130 mm and an adjustable stroke form 0- 50 mm. Under defined conditions, the metering reproducibility is better than +/- 0.5% in the stroke length range from 10- 100%. The pumps can be used to meter all media that are compatible with stainless steel.
