ReactIR™ 45m is a full featured reaction analysis system for the most demanding applications. Designed to be flexible to use the full range of Comp™ probe and conduit technologies, the ReactIR™ 45m is the ideal platform for the chemist or chemical engineer faced with the challenge of monitoring reactions across a wide range of temperature and pressure conditions, and is ideal for kinetics and quantitative analysis. MultiplexIR was designed for the ReactIR™ 45m which doubles productivity by allowing data acquisition from two independent reactions simultaneously using iC IR 4.1 software.
ReactIR™ 45m is a high performance FTIR based reaction analysis system that is ideally suited for the development and scale-up of batch and continuous flow chemical processes. Dramatic improvements not only in the size of the instrument, but also in the expandability of features results in a revolutionary technology platform that can cover a multitude of reactions. The sampling technology interface permits use of traditional mirror-based ATR probe technologies, as well as use of the new, flexible, silver halide (AgX) fiber optic technology. Fourth generation DS Series FiberConduit™ technology includes an ATR-based microflow cell for monitoring continuous flow chemistry in real-time.
ReactIR™ 45m coupled with simply powerful iC IR™ software facilitates fast and effortless reaction characterization. Tailored reaction analysis functionality provides the scientist with direct visualization of reactions as if using a molecular video to provide information including:
